Your Rights and Your Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w222 ("w222", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at w222.im. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the w222 platform — including but not limited to the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, virtual sports, and any promotional materials — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the w222 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. w222 operates a strictly enforced 21+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by bots or scripts are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming activities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of w222 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

w222 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time during the life of your account. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Any balance in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the instructions of the licensing authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available at w222, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all w222 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one w222 account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. w222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, up to date at all times. Communications sent to the email address on file are deemed received by you.
• Non-Transferability: Your w222 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party.

w222 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w222 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the w222 cashier at the time of transaction, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. w222 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. w222 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. w222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount is below the stated minimum threshold.

4.4 Source of Funds. w222 may at any time request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited to your account. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

w222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. w222 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire along with any associated bonus balance at the end of this period.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless w222 explicitly states otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player.
• w222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the w222 platform are governed by the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules in force at the time the bet is placed. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. w222 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious error has occurred, as determined solely by w222.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or sporting event, w222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. w222's decision in such matters is final.
• Odds quoted in the w222 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• w222 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player, market, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

• w222 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or odds formats. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, play, or interact with the w222 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the w222 platform.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during KYC verification.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in w222 games or platform systems. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void and will be reclaimed.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the w222 platform — including but not limited to software, code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of w222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the w222 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any w222 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any w222 software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices on the w222 platform.
• Use the w222 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of w222 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w222 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the w222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the player.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond w222's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or game data displayed on the platform that contains errors.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, software providers, or other service partners.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, w222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

w222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all account holders and are accessible directly from your account settings:

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by w222. w222 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has taken or is likely to take place in connection with the account.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested suspension or investigation of the account.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.

11.2 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your w222 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be addressed and any pending withdrawal will be processed in the normal course. w222 will retain your personal data following account closure in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

11.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed by w222 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, w222 reserves the right to void any winnings and forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

12 Amendments to These Terms

w222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — w222 will provide advance notice of not less than 7 days via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the w222 platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always accessible on the w222 website. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Your continued use of the w222 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w222's international gaming license and the jurisdiction in which w222 is incorporated.

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute should be raised directly with w222's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. The majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage without formal proceedings.

13.2 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to w222 by email to the support address listed in Section 14. w222 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 30 business days.

13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If you remain dissatisfied following w222's final decision on a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license w222 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available on request from the w222 support team.

13.4 Limitation Period. Any claim arising from use of the w222 platform must be raised within 6 months of the date on which the events giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims raised outside this period will not be entertained.
